Red Velvet Layer Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
We were really happy with the finished product. Transporting a cream cheese cake is another thing.
Now that was fun and games. Every cake we make we sure learn something new. But most important we learn that it is very satisfying to see the finished product even when you are at the half way point and can't see how your vision will turn out.

This cake was amazing. 6 layered Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Frosting. It tasted every bit as beautiful as it looked. With around 80 guests to cater for, they made short work of this. To compliment the cake we also provided 24 Red Velvet cupcake & 24 Chocolate cupcakes with buttercream icing. Not leaving the Grandchildren out, something for the kids with 'snake in the grass' chocolate cupcakes.
